Project Steps

  • Selected Interns will get to work under the Management Team at MilkBasket as Marketing Interns. The interns should be available to work on weekends for min. 4 weeks.
  • The interns will be responsible for :
    1. Running on-ground marketing activations to acquire users for Milkbasket.
    2. Conducting on ground surveys in Milkbasket’s focused Micro markets.
  • Interns will go through a Comprehensive Training Program with the MilkBasket Team before they get started on the Internship deliverables; this will make them equipped to manage performance expectations.
  • Students will be distributed in teams upon selection and will be allocated a specific area. They will be provided with weekly targets and deliverables which will be monitored by their project coordinator. More details about the job, area allocation, and KPIs shall be shared with the selected students by the project manager.
  • Selected candidates would be expected to submit a report at the end of the project:
    1. Build insights on customer acquisition strategy at the society/ micro market level.
    2. Validate the positioning strategy of Milkbasket to judge which brand propositions have the max offtake.

Expected Project Output

Interns will be expected to conduct on-ground marketing activities and surveys to acquire users for Milkbasket during the weekends for min. 4 weeks.

Type of Interaction

Virtual with Field Work, with flexible work hours. Student will be expected to spend 20-25 hours/week. Student will be required to do field work in the specified location. All interaction will happen over email/Group Chat/phone. No need to visit the office.
