Project Steps

  • Students will be expected to engage with potential Customers of Meritnation, validate the level of interest of the lead and convince them to get a Meritnation Product Demo done at their residences.
  • This will require the students to complete the following steps:
    1. Fetch Customer Leads via Meritnation's Applect CRM Mobile App (the login details for the same will be provided to you by the project manager beforehand). These Leads will be details of people (Parents or Their Children studying in 6th to 10th Standards) who have newly registered or have shown interest in the Meritnation Products and have asked for a Demo of the same before buying it.
    2. Call the Customer from the App to validate the Level of Interest of the Lead and then ask their tentative availability for the Product Demo.
    3. Finally, update the Leads Status (Agreed/ Not Agreed/ Asked to Follow up) in a Google Form that will be shared by the Project Manager. Also, update the status in the App itself.
    4. Students will be required to use an Android based CRM App (will be provided at the time of project initiation) to manage and update all the above mentioned tasks.

Expected Project Output

Identify at least 5 Validated Leads who are interested in getting Meritnation Product Demos done at their residences.
[NOTE: You will be required to make up-to 100 - 200 calls in order to get 5 interested leads].

Rewards & Benefits:
1. Certificates: Project Participation Certificate, Project Completion Certificate, Multiple Certificates of Excellence (as per various target achievement/ performance/ skill parameters).
2. Reimbursement of Rs. 6/- against every call made to the leads (The average talk time for the calls should be min. 2 minutes).
3. Additional Monetary Incentive of Rs. 500/- for every validated/ interested Lead where the Sales Closure happens via a Field Sales Executive (The leads validated by you will then be contacted by the Field Sales Executives from Meritnation for conducting face-to-face meetings for sales closures).
4. Additional Monetary Incentive of Rs. 2000/- per Lead, in case a student themselves visits their interested leads for the Home Demo and it results in closure with a Total Cart Value of Rs. 10,000/- or more. (Once you have finished the calling and gotten your leads, if you are interested in doing the demo visits yourself, get in touch with the Project Manager to know the guidelines for the Home Demos and Closures).

Type of Interaction

Virtual with flexible work hours. Student will be expected to spend 10 hours/week. All interaction will happen over email/Group Chat/phone. No need to visit the office.
