Project Steps

  • Review and understand the current recruitment processes in the company & identify the various job roles & positions where regular acquisition is conducted.
  • Conduct research on the Garments Export Industry and identify the various facets of the Talent Acquisition process: Important Job Roles/ Positions, Talent Profiles & Skills, Industry Practices, Recruitment Channels in Use, etc.
  • Identify & Conduct comparative Research on various candidate sourcing channels (Online Recruitment Sites/ Referral Platforms/ Social Media/ etc. and study the effectiveness of these channels against each type of job role/ profiles.
  • Analyse the complete talent acquisition process from an outsider's perspective & provide feedback on sourcing channels and the recommended ones. You may also be required to speak to a few candidates to qualify or check the validity of certain applicants.
  • Identify & Report all best practices in the industry, and innovative sourcing channels that you identify during your research.

Type of Interaction

Virtual with flexible work hours. Student will be expected to spend 10 hours/week. All interaction will happen over email/Group Chat/phone. No need to visit the office.
