Shiksha.com has partnered with OysterConnect.com to launch a Campus Marketing Initiative, who in turn is providing the same as an Internship Opportunity to Management & Undergrad Students. This Internship will be hence managed end-to-end by Project Managers at OysterConnect.com including Selection of Candidates, Training & Assessment, Target & Task Allocations, Release of Certificates & Monetary Compensation, etc. (NOTE: All Certificates will contain both Shiksha & OysterConnect Logos).

Project Steps

  • The objective of this Internship is to help Shiksha become the no. 1 destination for college reviews where all future generations of college students can find the right colleges for themselves. People working on this Internship will be required to do the following:
  • Identify a target set of Colleges in your city. These should be colleges which provide any Non-Management courses/ degrees (Ex: Law, Arts, Mass Communications, etc.)
  • Identify the contact details of their Admissions/ Marketing/ Placements team members via LinkedIn, Google Searches, Calling Board-line numbers, etc.
  • Next, pitch them the idea of conducting a review writing workshop for all their 2nd year and above students during which they will be trained on the basics of good content writing, review writing, self-moderation and will finally be made to write a Review of the college on Shiksha. Also tell them how these reviews will benefit the college in terms of better visibility, branding and authenticity resulting in an improved number of admissions and quality of students.
  • Once the college has agreed to the same, set up a Date & Time for the workshop, ask them to ensure participation from at least 100 students, and then conduct the workshop on the given day. The details of the workshop, guidelines of good review writing, the link through which the students will be expected to submit the review, etc. will be provided to you at the time of Internship initiation.
  • Likewise, using the above method and your personal network (in case you know college students), get 200 or more reviews submitted on Shiksha.com over the course of Internship Program

Expected Project Output

Get 200 Genuine Reviews (Approved by Shiksha Team) over 8 weeks from students/ alumni (excluding all 1st year students) of Any Non-Management Course (UG/ PG/ Both).

Type of Interaction
