Nivesh.com is a mass market mutual funds investment platform. It is a paperless experience for the investors. The platform simplifies the process by categorizing funds as per broad investment objectives, and further curating schemes to provide a shortlist. The aim is to take away the complexity while ensuring objective investment process. After initial account creation, investors can transact in mutual funds in few simple steps. Post transaction, the platform helps in tracking the portfolio performance with timely alerts and notifications.

Project Steps

  • Project Schedule/ Timeline: This Project requires students to conduct Telephonic Market Research Surveys with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs). Students are expected to have completed their Training & Assessments, well-in-advance of carrying out the actual research. You are also expected to be well-versed with the various offerings of Nivesh.com for IFAs while making use of Training material provided to you by the Project Manager. (Total time required for the same will be approx. 2 - 3 hours)
  • During the Weekdays, whenever you have time:
    1. Read and understand all project related documents - Training Guidelines and FAQs.
    2. Conduct Online Research of the various services offered by Nivesh.com
  • During the Weekends:
    1. Carry out the Market Research Interviews as per IFA Data Sets provided to you for each designated weekend and analyse their Sales and Servicing methodologies.
    2. In case an IFA is not able to answer your questions right away, ask them for a suitable time when they would be available to speak to you for at least 15 - 20 mins. and Call them back accordingly.
    3. In a few cases, IFAs may not have enough time or may not want to answer all your questions. In such cases kindly make sure that they answer the 'Priority Questions' marked mandatory on the Survey Form.

Expected Project Output

To carry out a minimum of 10 Market Research Surveys as per Customer Data sets provided by the Project Manager.
