Project Steps

  • Identify people 2-wheeler owners among your Friends/ Family/Neighbors/Relatives/ etc. who have purchased their 2-wheeler between Dec 2014 to Jan 2016 (i.e., have owned their new two-wheeler for 12 to 24 months)
  • Conduct a brief Survey with these people around their dealer service experience and what matters most to them when they take their two-wheeler in for service at an authorized service center.
  • You will be required to record the responses of the 2-W Customer via a Questionnaire & an Audio Recording and share the same with the Project Manager for review and approval.
  • Note: The Questionnaire will be available on a Company Owned Tab that will be provided to you temporarily for use during the project period. Selected students will be required to collect these Tabs from OysterConnect.com's Office in Noida and submit the same back here once the target is completed.

Expected Project Output

Get a minimum of 10 Questionnaires Filled & Signed by 2-Wheeler Customers as per above mentioned criteria.

Students who are able to get more than 20 such Questionnaires filled will be provided stipend @ Rs.50/- per Approved Questionnaire.

Type of Interaction

Virtual with Field Work, with flexible work hours. Student will be expected to spend 20-25 hours/week. Student will be required to do field work in the specified location. All interaction will happen over email/Group Chat/phone. No need to visit the office.

The Market Research done by the student will be Verified by the Project Manger and the IMRB team by calling all the respondents, against which the approvals would be given.
