Project Steps

  • Students are required to conduct a customer satisfaction survey for a client of Prayag Consulting. Students will be given a questionnaire by the Mentor.
  • They will use this to conduct telephonic interviews with key stakeholders(customers/distributors) for the client.Since all the interviews have to be recorded the students are required to come to the office of the Mentor. The Mentor's company - is located at 45/B, IInd Floor, Front Wing, 1st Main, JP Nagar, 3rd Phase, Banglore - 78, Landmark : Gopalan Mall

Any Additional Information

The students will need to work for 10 days in total starting on the 5th of January. This will give them excellent skills and knowledge around real customer satisfaction aspects and also analytics around the same.
