Project Steps

  • Identify places in & around your locality where clusters of Autos can be found. These areas usually include places like residential area gates, outside college campuses or Hostels, Marketplaces, CNG or Petrol Stations, Metro/ Railway/ Bus Stations, etc.
  • Approach these Auto Drivers with the proposal of partnering with OLA to receive travel bookings from their customers by installing OLA Mobile App on their smartphone & Submitting their KYC Details.
  • The interns are required to do the following tasks:
    1. Educate the auto drivers about value proposition of Ola Auto.
    2. Convince them to come on-board on Ola Platform.
    3. Once Auto Driver is convinced and interested, complete the onboarding process by downloading the OLA App on the Driver's Smartphone, uploading the Driver Documents (Driving License, Aadhar Card, Driver's Photo) and Auto Documents (RC, Insurance, Vehicle's Photo).
    4. After uploading of documents, auto drivers have to wait for 30-60 mins for approval.
    5. Finally, the intern needs to get 1st booking for Auto drivers through Ola.
  • Selected Interns will get to work under the Management Team at OLA as Marketing & Sales Interns.
  • Interns will go through a Comprehensive Training Program with the OLA Team before they get started on the project deliverables; this will make them equipped to manage performance expectations.

Expected Project Output

Get a minimum Onboarding of 10 Auto Drivers on OLA & Complete the Onboarding Process for the same (As per Approvals Done by OLA Team)

Type of Interaction
