  • Project Steps

    • Mswipe is looking for a qualified sales & market research intern to assist in various stages of the sales funnel, including creating awareness of new offerings, generating leads, and data mining and research. The ideal intern will be a great fit for our energetic and creative team. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance from a mentor and other members of our team.
    • Interns will be responsible for selling Mswipe’s digital hub solutions which help the merchants to manage their inventory & billing and grow their business.
    • Interns will be expected to develop strong working partnerships with partner’s field sales team with an objective of increasing volume and quality of referrals and leads from their portfolios.
    • Intern's major Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:
      1. Research and generate lists of potential customers
      2. Tell the customers about Mswipe and its advantages
      3. Generate potential leads of the Interested customers
      4. Follow-up with them for further sales
    • Interns will go through a Comprehensive Training Program with the Mswipe Team before they get started on the Internship deliverables; this will make them equipped to manage performance expectations.

    Expected Project Output

    Interns will be expected to achieve min. 2 conversions per month during the Internship Program. Exact Target & Reward Matrix will be shared with you at the beginning of the engagement.

    4. Stipend & Monetary Incentives: Fixed Stipend- 8000 per month (min. 2 conversions)
    Incentives- 300 per conversion (min. 2 conversions), 1000 per conversion (min. 4 conversions)

    Type of Interaction

    Internship with Field Work and flexible work hours. Student will be expected to work 6 days per week. Student will be required to do field work within their specified location(s). All interaction with Project Manager will happen over Email/ Group Chat/ Phone. No need to visit the office.
