Project Steps

  • Selected Students will be designated as MakeMy Trip Interns and will get to work under the MMT Managers as Marketing Interns.
  • The specific tasks that an Intern will be required to do are as follows:
    1. Conduct Primary Research by calling SMEs from the database provided by the MMT. During the calls, you need to contact the concerned person who handles the travel bookings of the company and conduct a small Survey (survey form will be provided by the Manager) in order to gauge the Travel Needs of the company.
    2. If the company seems Travel Intensive, face to face appointment needs to be taken in order to Onboard the company on MMT's myBiz Platform.
    3. Meet the concerned person at the Appointed time, Introduce them to MMT’s myBiz & its benefits.
    4. Guide them with the Registration process on myBiz. If the company has any urgent travel requirement, then Activate them by getting them to do the booking then & there and help them through the process.
    5. If they do not have any urgent requirement, then Follow up with them to get them to do their first transaction on myBiz portal (Activation).
  • The specific parameters, questionnaires, spiels, etc. will be shared as a part of the Training Program for the Internship.
  • Interns will be expected to carry out tasks in the areas of Customer Engagement, Lead Generation, and Business Development in order to achieve better conversion rates and thus, make higher incentives.
  • Interns will go through a Comprehensive Training Program with the MMT Team before they get started on the Internship deliverables; this will make them equipped to manage performance expectations.

Expected Project Output

Get a min. of 25 Activations/ Bookings per month for MMT's myBiz Platform. Get as many additional Activations & leads as possible to earn more rewards & incentives.

2. Certificates of Excellence highlighting specific Skills & Performance Levels: Will be given to students who achieve or showcase specific Performance Levels or Skills, as communicated by Project Manager from time to time.
3. Recommendations: LinkedIn Recommendations will be given to Top Performers as per achievement of various target/ performance/ skill parameters and slabs (will be communicated by the Project Manager at appropriate times).

Type of Interaction

Internship with Field Work and flexible work hours. Student will be expected to work 6 days per week. Student will be required to do field work within their specified location(s). All interaction with Project Manager will happen over Email/ Group Chat/ Phone. No need to visit the office.
