Currently, one of our mentors has been looking for an intern who would get to contribute in his research via in-depth coding and analysis. The mentor has over 20 years of experience with companies like NCST(now CDAC), DARE(DRDO), Microsoft, PINAKA (a startup), SMARTER (another startup). Selected student will get to work under him directly.

Project Steps

  • This project is about development and testing of modules of a research prototype being developed in collaboration between academy and industry
  • The research is about how to apply modern systems theory models, especially its idea of emergence to battlefield technologies. This becomes particularly relevant of 'Network Centric Warfare' and C4ISRN
  • The student will be expected to understand the existing Radar Software modules during 1st week of the engagement. Post which, student will be expected to Design and Develop following Modules -
    1. Front End Module
    2. Radar Signal Processor
    3. Radar Data Processor
    4. Search, Acquire, Track and Guide Phases
    5. Integration
    6. Missile

Type of Interaction

Virtual with flexible work hours. Student will be expected to spend 10 hours/week. All interaction will happen over email/Group Chat/phone. No need to visit the office.
