Terms & Conditions for Live Projects & Internships on OysterConnect.com


Application & Selection to Projects: 

  • In order to get selected to any project/ internship, you should compulsorily take the OysterConnect.com Aptitude Test and score more than 60% in the same. There may be additional selection criteria associated with a project depending on the Project Tasks, Brand, Client Requirements etc.

  • Students who Drop Out from Projects (after getting selected) will be given lower preference at the time of selection to all other subsequent projects they apply to.

Project Collaterals 

  • Any Project related Collaterals (Such as Stickers, Posters, Brochures, etc.) that is provided to you by the Project Manager is for your use during the project period only. Any leftover collaterals remaining with you after completion of the project targets or in case you are dropping out from the project, need to be returned to the Project manager within 1 week of your exit from the project.

  • In case of any loss of valuable collaterals such as Biometric Devices/ Tablets/ Merchandise/ etc. the student will be liable to reimburse the cost of the collaterals lost.

Certificates & Stipends 

  • Certificates are released by the Project Manager within a Week from the time the final approvals (on the work done by the student) are received from the Company. The same will be emailed to you as a PDF file attachment.

  • Any Stipend Amount earned by the student will be paid out within 6 - 8 weeks from the Date your Stipend Release Request is approved by the Sr. Manager. The Process for the same is as follows:

  1. Once a student completes the Project Targets (as per approvals received from the Company), the Project Manager updates the Stipend Request for the student within the next 1 week.

  2. Next, the same is validated & first level approved by a Lead Project Manager.

  3. A Senior Manager then gives the Final Approval on the Stipend Amount to be Released and forward the same to the Finance Team.

  4. Finally, the Finance Team will allocate the Amount to their Payout Schedule and release the same into your Paytm Wallet (For Amounts equal to or less than Rs. 5000/-), or your Bank Account (For Amounts more than Rs. 5000/-)

  5. NOTE: In certain cases, a further delay of upto 2 weeks may occur in case there is any delay of payment from the Client Partner’s side.

Safety & Security 

  • Please note that a student's safety and well being during any project fieldwork is their own responsibility. OysterConnect will not be responsible for any medical reimbursements or support in case of any type of accidents or illnesses that a student might face during the course of the project.
